SUPERSENSE co-authored The Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 (PLR2) Public Art and Heritage Interpretation Strategy (PAHI), which provides a coordinated approach to developing heritage interpretation and public art along the line and at stations from Parramatta to Sydney Olympic Park.

Our role was to create a blueprint for interpretation journeys through the landscape, offering places to dwell, reflect, and opportunities to showcase cycles of change and learning while travelling. Our process involved developing an overarching line-wide theme, nuanced differentiation of this theme at each stop to express the unique character of each place, and a series of interconnected themes that resonate across the entire line.

As interpretation planners, our aim is to make the many overlapping and layered experiences in this area understandable in ways that reflect their global and local significance, and importantly, engage with a diverse range of visitors and travellers.
